Where is my package?
When you placed your order, you should have received an email with your tracking information when your package ships. If it has been over 1 week and your package has not been shipped, please reach out to us via the contact form or email and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
Why doesn't my moisture meter heat up?
To troubleshoot your unit, follow these steps:
- Remove the top snap ring and top screen.
- Check for any broken ribbons on the heating element.
- If the ribbons look fine, the issue is likely with the thermostat. Try tapping it with the back of a screwdriver to loosen any stuck ceramic discs.
